Experts from Divisional Council will be employed in higher educational organizations. For a better educational environment, students will be allowed to form unions. The union will play a role of watchman and will try to create better environment in the organization. Students will have to consult Mayor to solve their differences. Neither students nor teachers will have the right to call for strike.
