Women are 52 per cent of our population. Without the active involvement of women, economic and social development goals cannot be achieved. The political will needed for affirmative action to bring about reform in the legislative framework, policies, and programmers concerning women has been lacking. Empowerment of women is directly linked to their greater economic role, which is dependent on increased access to education and skill development. A separate educational and technical school will be opened and after developing skill according to the need. The separate production and services centre will be established for women to work.
